About this objectJane Gardiner, matron at Leanchoil Hospital from c.1926 until 1935. She left to marry Henry Taylor owned the Forres laundry where the Mosset Tavern now stands. Henry's father started the woollen mill that previously occupied this site. Janet came from Elgin and was introduced to Henry through his aunt. She acted as 'matchmaker' and introduced the young couple at a supper party.
