Leanchoil Update
2023 in focus
2023 has been another very busy year as Trustees work on securing the future of Leanchoil. It has presented successes and challenges as you’d expect with such a large and innovative project. However, we are moving forwards and 2024 will see the return of Leanchoil to the community.
Conditional missives for the sale of the site were concluded with NHS Grampian in June and this paves the way for obtaining planning and consents for the site. We hope this will be completed towards the end of 2024 when ownership will finally be transferred to the Trust.
Plans for the Leanchoil Centre continue apace and the Trust is very excited about all the possibilities that are currently being explored. The Leanchoil Centre has the potential to bring great benefits to our community for many years to come and with your support we can make this happen.
